**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Service Manager to join our team at KION Group. As a Key Account Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, managing and developing large customer accounts, and ensuring that their required levels of service and our commercial requirements are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and maintain profitable growth with key customers
* Manage and coordinate the response to service-related issues and escalate as necessary
* Conduct regular account reviews with customers and regions to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for growth
* Analyze and present KPI data to demonstrate contract performance and identify areas for improvement
* Resolve customer queries in a timely manner and manage customer profitability
* Provide support on new business proposals, site surveys, and tenders as required

**Requirements:**

* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports
* Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail
* Energetic, motivated, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
* IT skills, including Service-related ERP, Microsoft Office, and SAP
