About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Account Executive to join our team at ReQuire Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK, focusing on solution selling and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients at all levels, understanding their needs and recording key information in business systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create winning solutions and manage a few select key accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling business system solutions and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skilled in strategic sales planning and execution, with expertise in solution-based selling tailored to client needs.
  • Ability to gather client requirements and work with teams to meet them, with experience in drafting proposals that reflect client needs.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading business case development and building trust with clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed and attend our Salisbury office twice a week.
About You:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about solving business problems and using technology efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in capturing customer information.
  • Confident with presentations and familiar with CRM or business systems, ideally in SaaS or cloud services.
