We are currently seeking several Aerospace Structural Integrity Engineers to join our dynamic MRB Team.

If you possess a strong enthusiasm for MRB Engineering (Aircraft Repair) and aspire to be part of a proactive, responsive, and customer-centric MRB Engineering Team, we invite you to explore this opportunity. You will report directly to the Technical Authority for Stress and the Unit Delivery Leader for MRB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct static strength, stiffness, fatigue, and damage tolerance assessments utilizing a range of manual calculations and computational methods.
  • Identify the most effective analytical approaches while ensuring compliance with applicable airworthiness standards.
  • Engage with customer approvers to facilitate project alignment.
  • Collaborate with various functions and suppliers to achieve optimal design solutions, considering cost, time, and performance criteria.
  • Communicate and escalate critical issues effectively, while also mentoring junior team members.
  • Possess a minimum of three years of experience working on concessions, ideally with a level of delegated technical approval.
  • Demonstrate experience with the F35 Program and/or other Fast Jet Programs.
  • Have a solid understanding of both metallic and composite materials.
  • Complete SAP Training and demonstrate proficiency in using SAP for concession processing.
  • Exhibit a working knowledge of ISAMI methods for static and fatigue analysis.
  • Understand Harmonised Fatigue methods.
  • Have a foundational understanding of Finite Element analysis, including result interrogation and post-processing.
  • Utilize traditional reference data alongside customer-specific data and the systems required for access.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
