Deputy General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Nightcap Plc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of professionals, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Team Leadership: Develop and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and risk management protocols.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market trends.
- Problem-Solving: Methodical and effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
