About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with hospital management team to provide strategic direction and support
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems
- Experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
