Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers and ensuring the quality of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support: Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including fault location, diagnosis, and rectification of equipment.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: Carry out planned service and maintenance work on hire fleet and customers' equipment, ensuring a high quality of service and equipment.
  3. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission power to temporary site accommodation, including wiring in where appropriate.
  4. Vehicle Operations: Load and unload vehicles as necessary, and participate in the call-out rota system.
  5. Housekeeping and Administration: Maintain tidy work areas through general housekeeping, complete and submit all company paperwork as per procedure, and safeguard all Company assets.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: GCSE High School or equivalent, and any Plant/Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
  • Experience: Experience with generators/plant equipment/heavy engineering (or similar).
  • Skills: Good communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
