Job Summary:
The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial analysis and planning support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the financial operations team, including accounting, payroll, and accounts payable.
- Provide financial analysis and planning support to the management team, including financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience in a similar role in a non-profit or public sector organization.
- Knowledge of financial software, including accounting and budgeting systems.
