The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the charity's financial stability and growth.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and charity governance requirements.
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance and Corporate Resources to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and suppliers.
- Proven experience in financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of charity governance and regulatory requirements, including data protection and fundraising regulations.
- Experience with financial software, including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
