As a leading private hospital, Spire Nottingham is proud to be the only CQC Outstanding rated facility in Nottinghamshire, committed to delivering exceptional individualized care from the initial patient contact through to post-treatment follow-up. Our modern hospital features 42 private en-suite rooms, 4 operating theatres, a 5-bed Critical Care Unit, a minor operations suite, 11 day case beds, an endoscopy suite, and comprehensive imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
Collaborate in a fast-paced, nurse-led pre-assessment service alongside experienced anaesthetists. Evaluate pre-operative patients to ensure they are fully prepared for surgery, including reviewing blood results and ECGs. Deliver outstanding care to patients visiting for surgical procedures. Conduct Electronic Pre-Operative Assessments with comprehensive training provided. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging with surgeons, anaesthetists, and consultants.About Us

Who We Are Looking For:
Qualified nurse with experience in pre-operative assessment clinics. Valid NMC pin with no conditions or restrictions. Strong communication skills and a desire to enhance patient assessment and clinical decision-making abilities. Proficient in computer use and confident in conducting assessments over the phone. Pre-Assessment qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.Benefits
