Job Title: Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Impact Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment of social housing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and programmes of work.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, monitor programmes, and sign off quality control documents.
  • Manage delegated budgets and work closely with Quantity Surveyors to optimize project profitability.
  • Coordinate team members, set and update work objectives, and plan activities to achieve project goals.
  • Allocate work, evaluate team and individual performance, and ensure that tasks are within team members' capabilities.
  • Ensure that induction is rigorously carried out and records are completed.
  • Ensure that all tradesmen have the necessary materials and equipment to complete their tasks.
  • Maintain a satisfactory site environment and ensure the quality of all work carried out on site.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of handling and managing social housing refurbishment projects from start to finish.
  • Hold a minimum of SSSTS/ SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.
  • Asbestos Awareness is desirable but not essential.
