Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage site teams to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement site management plans to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities and progress
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
