We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to manage various administrative responsibilities. This office-based role involves overseeing care/customer files, generating compliance documentation, and occasionally being available for on-call duties as per a scheduled rota. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, care assistants, clients, and their families to uphold high standards of care and support.

Reporting To: Care Manager

Role Summary:

The primary focus is to ensure the allocation of all client visits, recruit suitable Care Assistants, and maintain efficient office operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all incoming telephone inquiries.
  • Implementing comprehensive recruitment and vetting processes for Care Assistants.
  • Processing new client referrals.
  • Preparing necessary documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
  • Ensuring consistent allocation of Care Assistants to client visits and maintaining coverage.
  • Administering Individual Care & Support Agreements.
  • Keeping client and Care Assistant files organized and current.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date computer system.
  • Ensuring all documentation and electronic records are accurate and timely.
  • Collaborating closely with the Field Care Supervisor.
  • Adhering to all office systems and procedures.
  • Assisting with payroll and invoicing processes.
  • Generating reports and management information as needed.
