Position Overview

We are seeking a Pension Investment Specialist to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary of £35,000-£42,000 based on experience. You will play a vital role in delivering essential investment services to our Workplace Pension Clients, members, and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive project management, data migration, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for the team by analyzing, managing projects, and overseeing intricate investment transaction processes, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved within service agreements. Utilize supported systems to prioritize your workload and assist colleagues in meeting and exceeding service levels and customer expectations.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of fund pricing and mapping across various platforms and products. Utilize this expertise in investment switching, blended funds, and lifestyle profiles to minimize profit and loss actions during rework, allocation of contributions, claims, and transfer projects.
  • Comprehend regulatory and product requirements to provide advice and guidance to your team, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
  • In the event of issues, utilize your experience and data to identify the root causes and propose solutions to prevent recurrence, sharing insights with colleagues and leadership. Manage customer escalations effectively, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
  • Take ownership of your professional development, seeking external insights to enhance your understanding of business processes, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively manage relationships with stakeholders and peers, sharing best practices and remaining open to feedback to foster high team performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to team processes and performance, sharing best practices and coaching team members while addressing any issues with the team leader.
