Thermal Management Specialist

As a Field Service Coordinator at Airedale International Air Conditioning Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers, ensuring their expectations are met, and providing general support on departmental issues and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely quotations and technical information to customers, working closely with project engineers to ensure seamless communication.
- Support departmental financial and invoicing queries, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain additional information, manage deliveries, and coordinate project management and engineer visits.
- Maintain our systems to ensure efficient and effective handling of quotations and projects, requiring creative problem-solving and planning skills.
- Liaise with purchasing and production colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met regarding delivery dates.
- Take a proactive approach to executing work, ensuring key items are dealt with or escalated to ensure effective turnaround.
- Provide customer support, responding promptly to complaints or queries and directing them appropriately.
- Manage the service inbox, handling direct customer contact related to the above processes.
Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Ability to multitask in a reactive environment, prioritizing workload and seeking support from team members when needed.
- Competent PC skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
- A conscientious and enthusiastic team player with a confident manner.
- Customer service skills, with training provided to cover existing internal systems.

What We Offer:
