About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a pivotal part of our onsite team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless sales and operational processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels.
  • Provide administrative support to the operational teams, including drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
  • Assist with answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or trade environment.
