Key Responsibilities- Build and develop relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless sales and operational processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support to the operational teams, including drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
- Assist with answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or trade environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
