Academic Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Fanshawe College. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing curriculum, degree audits, faculty workloads, faculty scheduling, staffing, and evaluation of programs and services offered by the Schools within the Faculty of Creative Industries.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Conduct degree audits and ensure program compliance
- Manage faculty workloads and scheduling
- Coordinate staffing and program evaluation
- Collaborate with Associate Dean, program coordinators, professors, and support staff to ensure effective program delivery
- Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in a related field
- Master's degree in a related field and/or B.Ed. or M.Ed. is an asset
- Minimum 7 years' experience in an academic setting and/or business management experience
- Supervisory experience would be an asset
- Related experience within an academic setting including post-secondary teaching and/or curriculum management
