The Academic Program Manager plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality academic experience to students. This position works closely with the Campus Dean and Academic team to ensure seamless student support and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Deanery and Academic Team to manage day-to-day operations of assigned academic programs.
- Provide administrative and course support to program faculty, including advising students on academic matters.
- Organize and coordinate academic-related student extracurricular projects and networking events.
- Support academic initiatives and projects, such as tutoring sessions, Course Assistant assignments, and guest speakers.
- Manage academic communications to students through various channels.
- Serve as a liaison between academics, student services, and careers to enhance the student experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a student-facing role, with administrative or academic support experience preferred.
- Native English speaker or similar level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Skilled with database management and Microsoft packages, with familiarity with Salesforce and Canvas a plus.
- Highly analytical with excellent project management capabilities.
- Ability to balance long-term planning with short-term objectives.
