Residential Support Coordinator - Transform Housing & Support

This position encompasses housing management responsibilities alongside daily client support, empowering them to tackle challenges and achieve favorable results.
If you possess relevant experience working with at-risk populations or have applicable skills, we encourage you to reach out. No prior experience? That's acceptable, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation – Competitive salary with additional benefits
Work Schedule – Full-time, 39 hours per week
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related tasks are essential. Successful applicants will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
About You
You will embody Transform's values in your daily activities. As part of our team, you will serve as a keyworker for designated clients, assisting them in reaching their objectives and living independently while ensuring their safety and appropriate risk management.
Your core responsibilities as a Residential Support Coordinator will include:
- Establishing non-judgmental, professional relationships with clients
- Effectively managing your time to deliver results and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet)
