About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Button House, a three-minute walk from Hackbridge train station. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for representing and amplifying the Brio concept and lifestyle, supporting the broader Brio team to reshape retirement living for today and in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales enquiries and book appointments
  • Arrange property visits and act as a personal advisor to potential customers
  • Liaise with Estate Agents, Solicitors, and removal companies to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements
  • Two years' experience in a Customer Facing role
  • One year in Sales
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work on multiple computer programmes, including Microsoft Office, social media, and Salesforce or similar CRM
