Social Emotional Mental Health Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Emotional Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join our team at a leading Primary School in the Borough of Enfield. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and mental well-being of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group support to pupils, promoting social emotional learning and mental health awareness
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support pupils' emotional and mental well-being
- Assist with the planning and delivery of social emotional learning programs and activities
- Support pupils with their daily needs, including providing a safe and nurturing environment
- Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to supporting pupils' emotional and mental well-being
