Investment Analyst, Sustainable Agriculture

Tikehau Capital is seeking an Associate for its Private Equity division focused on the "Sustainable Agriculture" initiative. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting sectoral, strategic, and financial assessments of targeted enterprises;
- Developing financial models and executing scenario analyses based on company business strategies;
- Drafting investment memoranda and engaging in the investment committee deliberation process;
- Participating in negotiation stages;
- Contributing to the due diligence and structuring phases of transactions;
- Involvement in the execution stages of deals;
- Evaluating incoming deal opportunities and presenting them to the investment committee;
- Engaging in various ad hoc investment committee meetings.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of four years of experience in investment funds, investment banking, strategic consulting, or corporate mergers and acquisitions, particularly with small to mid-cap transactions and due diligence operations;
- Proven experience in analyzing and executing diverse deal types;
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities, ideally with a background in managing intricate financial models;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders across various levels of seniority, both internally and externally;
- Familiarity or experience in the Sustainable Agriculture sector is advantageous.
