About the Role

The Sustainability Research Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our investment teams in their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) research and analysis. This includes conducting research on companies' ESG practices, identifying areas of improvement, and providing recommendations to our investment teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ESG research on companies and provide recommendations to our investment teams
  • Develop and maintain ESG databases and tools to support our investment teams
  • Collaborate with our investment teams to integrate ESG considerations into our investment decisions
  • Communicate ESG research and findings to our investment teams and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in an investment role with 5-10 years of ESG experience
  • CFA or MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to work creatively and independently
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability
