About this role

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team at Aviva Investor, focusing on Sustainable Investing. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our Sustainable research is robust, up-to-date, and applicable to an Asset Management environment.

Main responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Prioritizing our research agenda, including thematic research programs to deliver Sustainable Outcomes.
  • Ensuring the robustness of our Sustainable research, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting the delivery of systematic approaches to defining Sustainable and SDG Alignment.
  • Mentoring and training junior team members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Sustainable investments, particularly in Listed Equity and Fixed Income.
  • Understanding of how Sustainable investment objectives impact portfolio construction and investment decisions.
  • Knowledge of prevailing client trends, including frameworks, preferences, and industry labels/regulations.
  • Demonstrable Sustainable knowledge through education or relevant certifications.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
