Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Solent Hotel & Spa.

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting our Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Producing high-quality dishes from scratch, adhering to our menu standards
  • Leading a section of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and presentation
  • Implementing cost-saving initiatives and minimizing waste
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinating food ordering and inventory management
  • Contributing to the achievement of financial targets and business objectives

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a passion for cooking and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
