Job Summary
This role is part of our team at Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group, where we are working in partnership with The Prince's Trust to support people getting into work. As a Cashier/Support Staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in office procedures.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
- Recent experience of working in a customer-focused role.
- Recent experience of working in a comparable role.
- RSA level 2 or equivalent IT skills.
Working Environment
