Solar Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a skilled Solar Technical Support Manager to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a specialist in renewable energy solutions, our client is looking for an office-based professional to support their customers with technical issues and queries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical or solar installations and be looking to transition to an office-based role or have a background in technical support and be eager to take on a new challenge. The successful candidate will work closely with the Electrical Installation Manager to resolve issues onsite and support the completion of installations for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Working with the Electrical Installation Manager to resolve issues onsite and support the completion of installations
  • Supporting the management and administration of the CRM system
  • Liaising with installers and customers to arrange installations and technical work
  • Collaborating with the technical support team to grow and develop technical support within the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical or solar installations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy solutions
