Role Overview
La Fosse is seeking an ITSM Product Owner to enhance our IT team in Leicester. This role encompasses the comprehensive management and development of our IT Service Management platform, ensuring effective consultation, design, configuration, implementation, reporting, and system administration.
The successful candidate will oversee the creation, execution, and continuous management of the IT Service Management platform, facilitating seamless service delivery across the organization, including non-IT services managed through this platform.
Candidate Profile
- In-depth understanding of ITIL methodologies and ITSM principles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong technical skills with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and cultivate relationships for effective process design and delivery
- Familiarity with platforms such as Fresh Service, Servicedesk Plus, Manage Engine, or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in implementing an ITSM tool from end to end
- Experience with global implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Management of a user base exceeding 2500 users
