Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Development Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing innovative food products that meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new food product ideas that meet customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct sensory analysis and quality control to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our products remain competitive

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or related subject
  • Experience: 0-2 years in food product development or related field
  • Skills: Strong understanding of food safety processes and procedures, sensory analysis, and IT skills
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to drive performance of self and team members
