As a Multi-Site Field Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in keeping these machines running at peak performance and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation & Setup: Accurately install and configure new arcade machines at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance checks on all arcade equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting support to arcade staff and customers, resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts and tools, ensuring a sufficient inventory is available for repairs and installations.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Interact professionally with clients and customers, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the entire process.
