Job Opportunity at German Doner Kebab
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain brand standards and policies to ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Lead by example and consistently deliver industry-leading guest service.
- Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, employee assignments, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability and drive sales growth.
- Provide excellent management guidance to your team, including training, development, and leadership.
- Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for your team and guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and loyalty.
- Provide training to improve all team members and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity.
- Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and any issues that impact performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with a fast-paced and dynamic brand.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
