Service Lead for Children's Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Lead to join our team at Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme and the Cambridgeshire Children in Care team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to local residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and the Cambridgeshire Children in Care team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to local residents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and young people.
- Manage and develop the Healthy Child Programme and Children in Care team, ensuring effective leadership and management practices are in place.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including private and public organizations, to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Ensure robust financial governance and the achievement of financial targets.
- Provide effective leadership and management to the Healthy Child Programme and Children in Care team, ensuring all staff are supported to undertake their roles and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organization.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and improving outcomes for children and young people.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including communication, facilitation, and relationship-building.
- Ability to balance competing demands and deliver against deadlines.
- Experience of working with external stakeholders, including private and public organizations.
