Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Management Specialist to join our 24x7 Service Management Centre in the UK.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a dynamic team environment to deliver exceptional service to our clients
  • Develop and implement effective service management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders

Shift Pattern

The successful candidate will work a shift pattern that includes:

  • 2 weeks of Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • 1 week of working 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and on-call including weekends
