About the Role
The Support Manager will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of participants to empower them into sustained employment. This role requires a tenacious, highly organised, motivating and innovative individual who can work in a fast-paced target driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants to achieve employment outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community organisations
- Work with participants to identify and overcome barriers to employment
- Monitor and report on progress against targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
- Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs
- Experience in managing and progressing clients or customers
- Knowledge of the local labour market
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database experience
