Job Title: Field Sales Account Manager

Join Wella, a leading beauty company, as a Field Sales Account Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a consultative approach to business development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your territory of 120-150 accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales targets in terms of overall territory turnover, number of buying accounts, and specific brands turnover
  • Partner with hairdressers to develop their salon business through action plans to attract new clients, drive client loyalty, grow their spend per client, optimise salon & staff operations, and improve salon image and equity
  • Use our portfolio of products and services to delight salon customers and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • At least 12-15 months direct selling experience in a field-based position
  • Experience in using a consultative approach to business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Digitally savvy and knowledgeable about the beauty industry
  • Ability to hold yourself accountable for the success of your territory and drive results
