Service Support Coordinator

Our client, a leading distributor of medical equipment and services, is seeking a highly motivated Service Support Coordinator to join their growing team. Based in Quedgeley, this full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely scheduling and completion of equipment breakdowns and repairs
  • Raise sourcing and pricing requests for parts
  • Issue customer quotations for call outs and parts
  • Assist with email inbox management and answer incoming calls
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of IT skills with Microsoft applications
  • Strong attention to detail
