Job Summary

Michael Page Marketing is seeking a visionary Brand Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing both our corporate and customer brands.

About the Role

You will be instrumental in shaping brand definition, ensuring consistent application across all brand touchpoints, and communicating updates with all areas of the business. Your expertise will be crucial in evolving and protecting our brand identities to meet the changing needs of the business, stakeholders, and industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategy to drive business growth and engagement
  • Lead the rollout of new brand identities across digital channels
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio team to transform brand storytelling and design
  • Manage design, copy, and marketing agencies to deliver on brand objectives
  • Use strategic market and data insights to define brand strategy, positioning, and messaging
  • Lead on creative development and manage budgets to achieve targets
  • Work effectively with external and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a brand manager role
  • Experience delivering successful digital brand rollouts
  • Management experience
  • Exceptional written and spoken communications skills
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent copy-editing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent budget management skills
