Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager - Roofing & Building Products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in field sales, with a strong understanding of the roofing and building products industry.
Key Responsibilities- Field sales position selling a high-quality range of roofing and building products to roofing merchants, independent merchants, national merchants, and national buying groups.
- Manage and develop dormant accounts to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Set pricing structures, rebates, and discount levels to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including roofing contractors, main contractors, and developers.
- Must have worked for or sold to builders merchants.
- Must have roofing or associated product knowledge.
- Genuine 'get up and go', hungry, and desire to earn.
- Results-oriented, hungry, and enthusiastic.
