This is a field-based role overseeing the North West Area, requiring a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends, develop and implement a territory/account sales strategy, and present it to management for approval.
  • Maximise sales from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation, in line with the sales strategy.
  • Manage product mix, pricing, and margins to achieve agreed aims.
  • Utilise customer and prospect contact tools and systems, and update relevant information.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and information.
  • Record, analyse, report, and administer according to systems and requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of selling experience with consistent over-plan performance.
  • Thorough knowledge of the NHS competitive marketplace.
  • Thorough knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement).
