Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for processing and recording invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Assist with month-end closing and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant databases.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in accounts and purchase ledger.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Contract Details
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months).
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Working Pattern: Full Time.
