Job Title: Midwife Specialist Advisor

Eliteemployment is seeking a highly skilled Midwife Specialist Advisor to join our team in Canary Wharf, London. As a Specialist Midwife Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to our clients on all aspects of pregnancy, from conception to early days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various channels, including live chat, phone, email, and letters.
  • Collaborate with the quality controller-trainer, nutritionist, and stakeholders to ensure that knowledge-base articles and training materials are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct self-study activities to maintain NMC registration and stay current with the latest information on parenting topics and products.
  • Assist the quality controller with quality framework monitoring and participate in training workshops as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable experience in nutrition-related roles, with a preference for early life nutrition.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with strong typing skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and a willingness to learn.
  • Current NMC registration and up-to-date portfolio of evidence for revalidation.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £34,995.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 1-2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
  • A 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.
