Job Description

As a key member of the UAPP team, the Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy

The Director of Sales and Marketing will work closely with senior leaders and growth champions to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with UAPP's business plan and growth objectives.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams

The successful candidate will lead and influence cross-functional teams internally to spearhead partnership opportunities, drive lead generation, and execute inbound campaigns.

Brand Ambassador

As a brand ambassador for UAPP, the Director of Sales and Marketing will raise brand presence in the market, attract new partnership opportunities, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Marketing and Sales Excellence

The Director of Sales and Marketing will oversee the development of brand identity and recognition, ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality marketing content, and manage marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies within growth stage organizations.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with strong written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving highly complex matters.
  • Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
  • A second European language (German or Italian) would be an additional benefit.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
