Job Title: Property Maintenance Helpdesk Advisor

Join our client, a leading property maintenance company, as a Property Maintenance Helpdesk Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to domestic and commercial tenants, logging repair requests, and scheduling proactive works such as boiler servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take calls from tenants and log repair requests
  • Engage with suppliers to schedule repairs and proactive works
  • Work with a supplier list of cleared contractors and tradespeople
  • Liaise with internal teams, including client management and finance
  • Keep clients informed of unusual or exceptional requests
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a property helpdesk role
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
  • Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases
  • Property compliance certifications or qualifications in property or facilities maintenance
