Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Strategy Executive to lead the conception, organization, and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the adoption, engagement, and revenue generation of our digital KYC, IDV, and AML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive impactful results through data-driven marketing strategies, utilizing a robust analytical framework to refine growth campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy encompassing email outreach, events, paid and organic search, display advertising, social media, and more.
  • Establish Marketing Performance Indicators to provide essential insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Create and execute a strategic growth plan that is both Account-Based and digital marketing focused, ensuring a positive return on investment.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of funnel and campaign data to uncover growth opportunities and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Work in partnership with Sales and Product teams to align Demand Generation efforts with overarching business goals.
  • Oversee the management of the marketing technology stack to align with business objectives.
  • Perform competitive analyses and market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify compelling client narratives and foster advocacy relationships to develop engaging content that enhances brand perception and value.
  • Maintain and elevate the brand's voice and the quality of our content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Senior Growth Marketer, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar.
  • Proven track record of leading teams (internal and/or agencies) to successfully execute digital and event-driven demand generation strategies.
  • Experience with various marketing channels including paid and organic search, display advertising, and both virtual and in-person events.
  • Creative thinker with high energy, capable of problem-solving in real-time and willing to take calculated risks.
  • Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
