Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join their team in a prestigious property firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in central London lettings, with a strong background in valuation and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market appraisals and convert them into instructions to secure new business opportunities
- Register applicants and respond to online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Arrange and attend viewings for prospective tenants, providing detailed feedback to landlords to secure offers
- Qualify offers to secure the best deal for all parties involved
- Manage the lettings process from offer to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants, and colleagues to drive business growth and success
- Complete necessary paperwork to facilitate a seamless lettings process
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in central London lettings
- Valuation experience and a strong conversion rate
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in relevant software
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 basic, with an OTE of £70,000 - £80,000. A comprehensive benefits package will also be offered.
