Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Valuer to join our team at Primrose School of North Phoenix. As a Lettings Valuer, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from offer to move-in, building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, and colleagues, and completing the necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lettings process from offer to move-in, ensuring a seamless transition for all parties involved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of properties from sales to lettings.
  • Conduct property valuations and provide market analysis to inform lettings strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in lettings or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing lettings processes and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of lettings regulations and compliance requirements.
