Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Lettings Department at Prima Ardelle Associates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within Lettings at Senior Lettings Negotiator level, with a good knowledge of front-end lettings and a strong understanding of the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business levels forward through canvassing, valuing, and selling/letting properties
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Utilize a full UK driving license and car for business purposes
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the lettings process
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in lettings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving license and car
  • Strong knowledge of the property industry
