We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Visitor. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct home visits to assess the health and wellbeing of children and families
- Develop and implement health promotion plans to improve the health and wellbeing of children and families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to children and families
- Provide education and support to parents and carers on various aspects of child health and development
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the health and wellbeing of children and families
- Current NMC registration for nursing or midwifery
- DipHE (or above) qualification equivalent to 120 credits at level 5 (of the Higher Education Credit Framework for England)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
