We are seeking a skilled Driver Trainer to join our team at Fresh Direct's Wigan Depot. As a key member of our Transport department's training team, you will play a vital role in supporting our on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training to our drivers in the classroom and on-road assessments
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless training operations
  • Contribute to the development of our Learning & Development programs
Requirements:
  • Recent HGV driving experience, preferably with multi-drop experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly to cover training needs across all shifts
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail
