Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy, building a strong and scalable finance function, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Financial Strategies
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability, leveraging your expertise in financial planning and analysis.
Lead a High-Performing Finance TeamLead a team of finance professionals to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
Implement Financial Controls and ProcessesImplement financial controls and processes to ensure asset security and maximize profit performance, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and Manage Annual BudgetsDevelop and manage annual budgets and regular re-forecasts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and strategic priorities.
Integrate Newly Acquired BusinessesIntegrate newly acquired businesses into our financial systems and processes, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal financial performance.
Provide Financial Analysis and InsightsProvide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, driving strategic growth and profitability.
Requirements:- Fully-Qualified Accountant
Fully-qualified accountant with extensive experience leading a finance team in a multi-site business, with a strong track record of driving financial performance and growth.
Team Leadership and DevelopmentDemonstrable experience building and developing teams, improving financial reporting quality and timeliness, and driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
Profit Performance ImprovementTrack record of leading profit performance improvement through cost reduction and control, with a strong focus on driving business growth and profitability.
Financial Systems and ProcessesExperience implementing new financial systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
