Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Culina Group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and efficient operational service to all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Work with and support the unionized workforce, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and attend ER meetings as required, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
  • Track and provide data as requested, using data to suggest and implement initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Partner with Learning and Development to identify and provide training and development needs for employees.
  • Consistently review and develop people-related processes to support the continual improvement of the function.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 minimum, ideally.
  • Previous experience working with a unionized workforce.
  • HR legislative understanding and knowledge.
  • Proven experience in advising on HR-related matters.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Determined and resilient attitude towards work.
  • Positive and credible with the ability to build trust, respect, and openness.
  • Commercial and proactive mindset.
  • High-level IT skills using MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
